Shipping and Return Policy
1. WHERE CAN I RECEIVE A PAIR OF DELARGE?
Everywhere. We deliver worldwide.
If you reside in the Russian Federation, you must provide a business address as our preferred courier company will not deliver unless this occurs.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELARGE'S?
Between 1 to 7 days.
All orders usually ship within 72 hours of confirmation.
Most orders ship the same day if ordered before 3PM GMT+2. If placed over the weekend or holidays, it will be shipped on the next business day. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for the shipment.
Depending on your location, the standard shipping time may take:
Spain and Portugal: 1-3 working days
European Union: 2-5 working days
United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
United States: 5-7 working days
If you need your delarge pair sooner, you can also choose express option.
3. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping worldwide.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from delarge.
3. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to make changes to your order after it is placed please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate, however, we cannot modify orders after they’ve been packed for shipment.
4. CAN I SEND A PAIR OF DELARGE AS A GIFT?
Yes. The recipient will not receive the invoice in the package. You will receive it directly by mail as we are trying to reduce waste as much as possible, so you will receive the invoice by mail.
5. I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES?
Usually yes. If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).
Your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for you to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. If you don't, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to delarge warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
1. I WANT TO RETURN MY SUNGLASSES, WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to make a return. We do not make exchanges. If you need to make one, you will have return the item received and make a new purchase.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that they:
- were purchased in the last 15 days
- haven't been used or damaged
- are in their original packaging and is in perfect condition, with no labels or tape
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Additional fees of express delivery or custom charges are non-refundable.
Request the return at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us the order ID and the items you want to return.
As soon as your return shipment has been checked and confirmed at delarge we will refund your payment using the same method you selected for your purchase.
It might take up to 2 weeks after reception of your returned order(s) to complete your return. We will let you know via email as soon as we have activated the full refund.
2. DO I HAVE TO COVER THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT MYSELF?
No, for orders in the EU we will cover the cost of the return shipment.
For the rest of the world, yes.
3. WHO SHOULD I REACH FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT MY RETURNED ORDER?
